　At TIS, our business philosophy emphasizes efforts that enhance our position as a value exchanger with all stakeholders. This means building a win-win relationship with each stakeholder. Management will continue to promote the merits of this perspective to the benefit of both TIS and its stakeholders. We will also strive to maintain fair and honest business practices and a neutral position in our association with stakeholders. We believe this to be essential in reinforcing our capabilities as a value exchanger.

　For example, we tackle clients’ requests head-on and create value based on mutual understanding of respective needs to share in success. We carefully utilize the capital provided by shareholders and return profits through stable dividends. At the same time, we draft measures that will support growth into the future and underpin a solid reputation as a company worthy of long-term investment.

　The times are fraught with changes unfolding at an increasingly fierce pace, and the ensuing era of reforms is prompting a paradigm shift in many industries.
