With "combination of high quality and high productivity" as a holy grail, we are engaged in a wide range of activities.
In securing quality in systems development and operations, we have established a quality management system (QMS) setting up rules and procedures for business processes, based on ISO, CMMI and other external standards as well as know-how through many years of quality improvement activities. As a guideline to efficiently promote activities in accordance with QMS, we have established the "Standard Framework."

We also strive to improve development productivity through utilizing project management tools (issue management, quantitative progress/quality management) and engineering support tools (automatic code generation, test support, etc.) and the sharing of technical know-how.

Creating IT services using advanced technologies

To create highly advanced services, we have taken advantage of our proprietary technology, "PhoneCookie" and produced a service called, "Call Crayon" which effectively interlinks and utilizes various information available from the Internet and telephones and yields new business values. We have also created "SkyWare", an information distribution platform that distributes Augmented Reality contents matched to GPS position information for mobile devices. We discover potential customer needs and proactively develop and implement it into services.

Contributing to productivity and quality improvement Engineering platform, "Xenlon"

"Xenlon," independently developed by TIS, is a Java development platform that automatically generates programming codes. TIS deploys this type of platform corporate-wide, and by strengthening and effectively utilizing such engineering platforms, it promotes the efficiency of system development, striving to improve productivity and quality of finished products.
