Jun. 1970 Established Matsumoto Keisan Center Co., Ltd. in Matsumoto-shi, Nagano.
Oct. 1984 Changed corporate name to MKC Corporation.
Nov. 1987 Registered stocks at Tokyo District Branch of Japan Securities Dealers Association.
Aug. 1992 Listed on the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
Apr. 1997 Changed corporate name to MKC · STAT Corporation. Merged with Stat Corporation. (established April 1976)
Sep. 2000 Listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
Oct. 2001 Changed corporate name to SORUN CORPORATION and merged with MS Systems Co., Ltd.
Dec. 2002 Made First Manage Inc. a subsidiary.
Apr. 2003 Tohoku branch and Hokuriku branch became spin-off subsidiaries as SORUN-TOUHOKU Inc. and Sorun Hokuriku Inc.
Oct. 2005 Merged with Nippon Timeshare Co., Ltd.
May. 2006 Established TIANJIN SORUN DIGITAL SOFTWARE CORPORATION.
Apr. 2010 Joined IT Holdings Group.
