History of UFIT Co.,Ltd.

Jul. 1970 Established Central Systems Co.,Ltd. Spun-off the Computer Calculation Department of The Tokai Bank, Ltd., (currently The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd.).
Jan. 1973 Established CS Tokyo Co., Ltd. (currently TIS Solution Link Inc.).
Feb. 1991 Opened Urbannet CS bldg. Integrated Tokyo Data Center and Nagoya Data Center.
Apr. 1998 Merged with Tokai Banking Software Co., Ltd.
Apr. 2001 Changed corporate name to UFIT Co., Ltd., with the launch of UFJ Holdings. Consolidated the development and operation management businesses of the systems department of The Sanwa Bank, Ltd. (currently The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd.).
Jul. 2008 Conducted management integration of System Support Co., Ltd. ( established January 1971 ) and CSA Co., Ltd. ( established August 1987) (currently System Support Co., Ltd.).
