As a contributing business partner to the growth of corporations, we have involved in many enterprise systems that support the infrastructure of variety of industries including financial, manufacturing, distribution, services, communications and public utilities. Information technology is the foundation that supports the society and the lives of people and is an essential element of corporate activities. In recent years, services required by customers are becoming more demanding and diversified, as a result of diversification of consumer needs and rapid technological advancement and globalization. In such circumstances, TIS will continue to focus on expanding its global support network and promoting further service implementation aiming to contribute even more to the business growth of our customers.

Expansion and enhancement of global support network

To respond to the requirements of customers accelerating their global business development, we have been rapidly expanding and enhancing our overseas service network, especially in the Asian region where many Japanese companies are developing their businesses. In April 2010, we opened a data center in Tianjin, China, ahead of other competitors. The data center is highly regarded by foreign-affiliated companies there and local finance companies and successfully expanding its business in data center and outsourcing operations. Furthermore, in the ASEAN region, we opened an office in Singapore in January 2012.
By enhancing a service network that enable our customers to efficiently and effectively utilize our IT services overseas, we support their global business development.

Further implementation of IT services

Companies' desire on business agility and efficiency has led to an acceleration in trends to shift from "ownership" to "use" in IT services domain, as represented by the rise of cloud services. To meet such demand among our customers, TIS will expand and enhance our service lineup on our data centers and cloud services. We will also provide more service-based solutions on top of our systems integration and development that we have cultivated over many years.

Through such initiatives, TIS will strive to become a longtime business partner that continually supports customers' business growth, rather than just solving challenges they face. Our ultimate goal is that our leading-edge IT services will contribute to the improvement of the economy and society and consequently to enrich each and every citizen's life.
