Handling of Specific Personal Information

TIS Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “TIS”) makes every effort to properly manage and protect the individual numbers and specific personal information (hereinafter referred to collectively as “Specific Personal Information”) of shareholders and suppliers and other Specific Personal Information handled by TIS in accordance with its “Policy on Handling of Specific Personal Information.”
More specifically, TIS handles Specific Personal Information as set forth below.

2. Purposes of Use of Specific Personal Information

Administrative tasks such as the performance of social security and tax procedures as required by law

3. Management of Specific Personal Information

TIS shall properly manage the Specific Personal Information that it holds in accordance with all laws, ordinances, standards, and internal regulations on Specific Personal Information.

4. Use of Specific Personal Information

TIS shall not use the Specific Personal Information that it holds for any purpose other than those specified in 2. above. Any Specific Personal Information that ceases to be required in view of its purpose of use shall be promptly and appropriately deleted and disposed of.

5. Sharing of Specific Personal Information in the TIS INTEC Group

TIS shall not share any Specific Personal Information that it holds with other TIS INTEC Group companies.

6. Disclosure and Provision of Specific Personal Information

TIS shall not disclose or provide to third parties any Specific Personal Information that it holds, except as required bylaw.

7. Entrustment of Specific Personal Information

TIS may entrust the handling of Specific Personal Information that it holds with an outside party to fulfil purposes ofuse as required by law.
In such case, TIS shall enter an agreement onprotection of Specific Personal Information with the entrustee and exercise proper control in accordance with the law and TIS standards.

8. Response to Requests from Individuals for the Deletion, etc. of Specific Personal Information

TIS shall respond promptly in the case that an individual requests the disclosure, correction, or deletion of Specific Personal Information held on him/her by TIS.
