Basic Policy on Proper Handling of Individual Numbers and Specific Personal Information

We have adopted the following basic policy to ensure the proper handling of individual numbers and specific personal information (hereinafter referred to collectively as “Specific Personal Information”) by us as an organization.

Basic Policy

1. When we obtain any Specific Personal Information, we shall specify the purpose of use of that information. We shall only use the Specific Personal Information that we obtain to the extent necessary to achieve the pre-specified purpose of use.
2. We shall comply with all laws, government guidelines, and other standards governing the handling of Specific Personal Information.
3. We shall establish and maintain internal regulations on the proper handling of Specific Personal Information, and shall implement systematic, human, physical, and technical security control measures to prevent and rectify leaks and losses of and damage to Specific Personal Information.
4. We shall continuously revise and improve our handling of Specific Personal Information.
5. In the case of a complaint or request for advice regarding the handling of Specific Personal Information, we shall promptly investigate all the facts and other relevant details of the case and respond in good faith.
