Quality Management System

The TIS INTEC Group operates the Trinity quality management system. In terms of the Company-wide structure, we assign the corporateTrinity promotion manager and corporate service quality control manager; and for each operating organization, we assign the operatingorganization head, organizational Trinity promotion manager, and organizational service quality control manager.

  1. Top management
    Top management declares its commitment to engage in Trinity activities on a TIS-wide basis to boost service quality (value).
    > Presentation of a quality policy
    > Presentation of a policy for Trinity activities
    The president appoints the division manager of the System Development & Quality Management Innovation SBU as the director responsible for Trinity management, who is assigned all authority and responsibility for Trinity activities and manages activities.
  2. Director responsible for Trinity management
    Responsible for executing Trinity activities to boost service quality (value) Company-wide; appoints the corporate Trinity promotion manager who promotes specific activities.
  3. Corporate Trinity promotion manager
    Responsible for promoting measures to meet targets for boosting Company-wide service quality (value); plans, operates, and evaluates Company-wide Trinity activities.
  4. Corporate service quality control manager
    Responsible for implementing service quality control (formulating, operating, and improving measures, as well as Company-wide reviews and monitoring) in relation to the Company's entire service life cycle including development projects.
  5. Operating organization head
    Responsible for executing Trinity activities to boost the organization's service quality (value); appoints the organizational Trinity promotion anager and organizational service quality control manager to promote specific activities.
  6. Organizational Trinity promotion manager
    Responsible for promoting measures to meet targets for boosting the organization's service quality (value); plans, operates, and evaluatesthe organization's Trinity activities.
  7. Organizational service quality control manager
    Responsible for implementing service quality control (formulating, operating, and improving measures, as well as the organization's reviews and monitoring) in relation to the organization's entire service life cycle including development projects.

Improving Group-wide Quality, Productivity, and Technical Capabilities

We operate appropriate meeting bodies and systems to Improve Group-wide Quality, Productivity, and Technical Capabilities of the Group as a whole.
