On behalf of management at TIS, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to you, our valued shareholders and investors, for your continued support.
The brand message of the TIS INTEC Group is to make society's wishes come true through IT. We strive to solve social issues through business activities utilizing IT and digital technologies while promoting sustainability management that aims to achieve sustainable corporate growth.
Based on the Group's current medium-term management plan (2024–2026), which centers around the basic policy of frontier development, we are endeavoring to grow sustainably by providing added value. We also strive to realize a transformation for society and clients by enhancing the quality of the value chain as a whole based on an expansion of business fields and forward-looking market development.
As of the first half of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, we have reached the midway mark of the medium-term management plan. We have made an upward revision to our initial plans for consolidated earnings after seeing strong growth thanks to efforts to accurately meet, and provide services related to, client demand for digital transformation and other types of IT investment while initiatives to improve productivity have succeeded. There are still issues to be addressed, but we feel that various measures are steadily developing and producing results, and we believe that our route toward achieving the goals set out in the medium-term management plan has become much clearer.
On the other hand, the business environment surrounding the Group is undergoing constant change due to such factors as the development of innovative technologies, including generative AI, and an accelerating pace of change among social and industrial structures. As such, to ensure the realization of Group Vision 2032, we recognize that we must take our capability to respond to these changes quickly and flexibly to the next level. Therefore, in July 2026 it was decided that the Company will merge with INTEC, our subsidiary, and we plan to change the Company's name to TISI Inc. These core companies have been a central driving force for the Group, and we believe that this merger will allow us to create management and business foundations that are more robust than ever as we accelerate our growth through the enhancement of our value creation capabilities.
Moving ahead, we aim to both contribute to a sustainable society and expand sustainable corporate value. To this end, the TIS INTEC Group will strive to create shared value with our stakeholders through enhanced management firmly centered on OUR PHILOSOPHY and with an eye toward solving the social issues through business activities and otherwise meeting social demands.
