When was TIS established?

The Company was established in April 2008 as a pure holding company through the management integration of TIS Inc. and INTEC Holdings, Ltd. On July 1, 2016, the Company transitioned to an operating holidng company, absorbing its wholly owned subsidiary TIS through merger and adopting the subsidiary’s high-profile name—TIS Inc.

At the present time, we do not have any sort of rewards program for shareholders.

When is the general meeting of shareholders?

The ordinary general meeting of shareholders takes place every year at the end of June. For a specific date, go to IR Calendar.

How do shareholders exercise voting rights at a general meeting of shareholders?

We send a proxy statement with each convocation notice for the shareholders' meeting to shareholders who are listed in the shareholders' register as of the record date (March 31 of each year) for the general meeting of shareholders. Voting rights may then be exercised by one of the following methods.
1) If you are attending the meeting in person, bring the form with you.
2) Indicate "for" or "against" for each agenda item and return the completed form to the Company by mail.
3) Access the designated site for online voting (available in Japanese only), enter the voting code as well as the password shown on the form, and then follow the instructions on-screen to vote for or against the proposals.
