Multi-Stakeholder Policy
In corporate management, creating value for not only shareholders but also a diverse range of other stakeholders-including employees, business partners, customers, creditors, and the local community-is essential. With this in mind, we are committed to fostering appropriate collaboration with multiple stakeholders. We also strive to properly distributing the earnings and outcomes generated our value creation and productivity improvement activities to multi-stakeholder groups, which will help maintain momentum for wage increases and sustainable economic development. Given the importance of giving back to our employees and in consideration of our business partners, we will engage in the following initiatives.
1. Returning profits to employees
By focusing on the strategic allocation of management resources to growth areas and enhancing employee development and skills, we will work to achieve sustainable growth and improve productivity, placing particular emphasis on maximizing added value. Based on our generated earnings and results, we will raise wages in an appropriate manner in accordance with the "General Principle of Wage Determination " and taking into account the Company's situation. We are also making comprehensive improvements to employees' working conditions. To this end, we aim to provide sustainable returns to our employees by actively focusing on education and training to enhance employee engagement and further improve productivity.
Specifically, we are making Groupwide efforts to raise wages by setting competitive compensation levels and promoting focused investment in young people, who are the source of growth, as well as in high-level personnel who will drive the business forward. We will continue emphasizing sustainable pay increases with a focus on performance-based evaluations while keeping an eye on market trends. Regarding education and training, we provide programs that employees can choose to participate in. These include a common curriculum on universal technologies and skills across the organization, as well as the NEXT training program, which equips employees with new skills. By establishing a system where employees can discuss their envisioned career paths with their supervisors and advance themselves through rotations and diverse work experiences, we support the autonomous growth of all employees.
2. Consideration for business partners
We will continue working to comply with the contents of our "Partnership Building Declaration ."
In the event that the Partnership Building Declaration is no longer posted on the portal site, we will voluntarily withdraw the publication of our Multi-Stakeholder Policy.

Regarding transactions with consumption tax-exempt businesses, we will refer to the government's published guidelines on such businesses and their approach to our invoicing system. Based on this, we will work to establish appropriate relationships.
We will continue working steadily to address these matters while checking the status of our initiatives.
