Quality Management System
In TIS's Quality Management System (QMS), we appoint a company-wide QMS Promotion Manager and a Service Quality Supervision Manager to oversee quality initiatives at the corporate level. At the business unit level, each division has its own QMS Promotion Manager and Service Quality Supervision Manager.Within the TIS INTEC Group, the System Development & Quality Management Innovation SBU of TIS takes the lead in close collaboration with each group company to reduce risks and capture business opportunities across the entire group.

The president appoints the division manager of the System Development & Quality Management Innovation SBU as the director responsible for QMS management, who is assigned all authority and responsibility for QMS activities and manages activities. -
Director responsible for QMS management
Responsible for executing QMS activities to boost service quality (value) Company-wide; appoints the corporate QMS promotion manager who promotes specific activities. -
Corporate QMS promotion manager
Responsible for promoting measures to meet targets for boosting Company-wide service quality (value); plans, operates, and evaluates Company-wide QMS activities. -
Corporate service quality supervision manager
Responsible for implementing service quality control (formulating, operating, and improving measures, as well as Company-wide reviews and monitoring) in relation to the Company's entire service life cycle including development projects. -
Operating organization head
Responsible for executing QMS activities to boost the organization's service quality (value); appoints the organizational QMS promotion Manager and organizational service quality supervision manager to promote specific activities. -
Organizational QMS promotion manager
Responsible for promoting measures to meet targets for boosting the organization's service quality (value); plans, operates, and evaluates the organization's QMS activities. -
Organizational service quality supervision manager
Responsible for implementing service quality control (formulating, operating, and improving measures, as well as the organization's reviews and monitoring) in relation to the organization's entire service life cycle including development projects.
