At TIS, we have established a quality management system (hereafter referred to as "QMS") to meet our clients' needs and provide safe, reliable, and high-quality services. We are committed to pursuing better quality and continuous improvement. In addition, each company in the TIS INTEC Group has developed and refined its own QMS structure, tailored to its specific characteristics, based on the foundation of our QMS.

Quality management process
Our QMS-related activities are conducted in accordance with companywide standards, with each site taking the initiative in devising processes and development methods according to its own business model. Furthermore, the System Development & Quality Management Innovation SBU, which spearheads companywide initiatives, works closely with business divisions to ensure the delivery of optimal products and services to clients, markets, and society.
Implementation framework
Our business divisions ensure the quality of individual systems and services, while the System Development & Quality Management Innovation SBU drives companywide quality and productivity improvements. This initiative follows a continuous PDCA cycle, enabling ongoing enhancements. By involving business divisions and the System Development & Quality Management Innovation SBU as third-party evaluators in development projects and service initiatives, we ensure the delivery of safe and reliable products and services across the entire company.

Implementation structure
Under the leadership of top management, including the President and Division Director of the System Development & Quality Management Innovation SBU, we have appointed QMS Promotion managers and service quality control managers within both the System Development & Quality Management Innovation SBU and in individual business divisions. This structure ensures that both the Company as a whole and individual business divisions take responsibility for implementing initiatives to enhance service quality and value, while driving QMS-related initiatives across our organization. Within the TIS INTEC Group, the System Development & Quality Management Innovation SBU of TIS leads efforts in collaboration with each company to improve service quality and value across the entire group.

Our QMS is TIS's unique quality management system and is based on ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 20000-1 standards. We apply specified project management, service management, and engineering processes, techniques, and tools while incorporating creative adaptations tailored to each business model. This ensures a management system that delivers optimal services to our clients.

Our QMS defines essential implementation requirements for organizational and service delivery activities as compliance processes. These essential implementation requirements are kept to a minimum, focusing only on what is truly necessary. Our core policy emphasizes leveraging frontline ingenuity, allowing for flexible adaptation to various business models and development approaches.

Organizational oversight activities for service delivery (service quality management)
To ensure reliable delivery of value to our clients, we conduct service quality management at the organizational level.
From product planning to development and operations, we conduct audits and monitoring at two levels - the System Development & Quality Management Innovation SBU and business divisions - which serve as third-party evaluators to assess service delivery, identify risks and issues, and recommend corrective actions to ensure and enhance service quality.
