Initiatives for Business Partners
The Group will build relationships of trust through active communication with respective stakeholders and, in harmony with society, to improve sustainable value. We recognize that our business partners are indispensable partners with whom we collaborate to develop, build, improve, and enhance the quality of our services. Here is a summary of our main initiatives for our business partners.
TIS Business Partner Forum
Collaboration with business partners is essential for growing operations in our business portfolio, and we hold an annual networking event for business partners to improve value exchange and deepen co-creation relationships.
This networking event is a valuable opportunity to deepen awareness of our business policies and key initiatives and to expand possibilities for collaboration through interaction with business partners. In advance of the forum, we post the business policies of each business segment on a dedicated portal site, which deepens the partnership perspective and promotes new collaboration opportunities on the day of the forum.
Going forward, we will maintain our approach to business development and improve client satisfaction by encouraging opportunities for collaboration with Group companies through interaction with business partners that builds closer relationships of trust.
Supplier Questionnaire
We will continue to implement self-assessment questionnaires (SAQs) to identify issues in the supply chain, take countermeasures, and quantify the effects with the aim of reducing risk in the supply chain. We launched the SAQs in fiscal 2021 to boost the sustainability of the supply chain as a whole. We use the Global Compact Network Japan's CSR/Sustainable Procurement Self-Assessment Questionnaire, one of the standard SAQs.
Business Partner Satisfaction Survey

We conduct an annual Business Partner Satisfaction Survey to gather feedback about changes in the operating environment, trends in guidelines and pricing structures, as well as the degree to which our business partners are satisfied with us.
In fiscal 2025, we asked our business partners what they value in pursuing business, and shared what they consider important to their businesses with operating divisions here at TIS to deepen our co-creation relationships. In addition, as part of efforts to promote measures to boost business partner satisfaction on a groupwide basis, we are gradually expanding this survey to encompass the business partners of Group companies.
Responses to this survey enable us to understand our business partners’ expectations and the issues they face. We use this feedback to enhance our operations and thereby improve business partners satisfaction.
Greater Value Exchange with Business Partners
Based on the results of the business partner satisfaction survey, we implement various measures contributing to greater value exchange with our business partners, including holding business policy briefing sessions, providing technical training for business partners, and holding briefings on our information security and compliance.
Collaboration with Overseas Partners

For many years, we have worked with overseas partner companies to help grow our businesses. We are reinforcing our relationships with several leading local IT companies in Asia, and maintain regular communication with overseas partners at the management level. In addition, the role we expect overseas partners to play is expanding beyond offshore development outsourcing to include on-site support in Japan, solution collaboration, and securing cutting-edge technical personnel, owing to current external factors, such as a shortage of IT talent in Japan, rising prices, and geopolitical risks, as well as internal factors, such as a heightened need for human resources with specific expertise paralleling a shift in business domain emphasis. In recent years, we have been diversifying our network of offshore development contractors, and we are directing concerted effort into promoting outsourcing requests in ASEAN countries in particular. Along with this, we are exploring establishment of an English-language offshore outsourcing system, introduction of AI-based machine translation tools, and development of English-language versions of our quality management system and development standards.
