Initiatives for Business Partners
The Group will build relationships of trust through active communication with respective stakeholders and, in harmony with society, to improve sustainable value. We recognize that our business partners are indispensable partners with whom we collaborate to develop, build, improve, and enhance the quality of our services. Here is a summary of our main initiatives for our business partners.
Supplier Questionnaire
We will continue to implement self-assessment questionnaires (SAQs) to identify issues in the supply chain, take countermeasures, and quantify the effects with the aim of reducing risk in the supply chain. We launched the SAQs in fiscal 2021 to boost the sustainability of the supply chain as a whole. We use the Global Compact Network Japan's CSR/Sustainable Procurement Self-Assessment Questionnaire, one of the standard SAQs.
Business Partner Satisfaction Survey
We conduct a business partner satisfaction survey every year to learn from our business partners about changes in the business environment, trends in guidelines and unit prices, and their level of satisfaction with us, among other matters. Based on the analysis of survey results, we will continue to visualize issues and make improvements so as to expand collaboration with our business partners and improve their satisfaction with our services
Greater Value Exchange with Business Partners
Based on the results of the business partner satisfaction survey, we implement various measures contributing to greater value exchange with our business partners, including holding business policy briefing sessions, providing technical training for business partners, and holding briefings on our information security and compliance.
